Shipping & Delivery Information
At Coastie Coffee, every coffee order is roasted fresh and batched specifically for you. Because of this small-batch process, please allow a minimum of 3 business days for your order to ship.
Typical Shipping Timeline
- Order Processing & Roasting: 3–5 business days
- Shipping Transit Time: 1–5 business days
Most customers receive their coffee within 5–10 business days, ensuring it arrives at peak freshness and flavor.
All coffee orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

Because Coastie Coffee is roasted to order, expedited shipping is not available.
Coffee Orders & Gear Orders Ship Separately
Coffee products and Coastie Coffee gear/apparel ship from separate locations. Because of this, you may receive multiple shipments for a single order.
You will receive a separate tracking email for each shipment as items are processed and shipped.
Where Do Coastie Coffee Beans Come From?
Each of our coffees are made with premium specialty-grade beans sourced from growers in their respective regions around the world.
For example:
- Harbor Watch (Bali) features beans sourced from Indonesia.
Every coffee we offer includes a brief origin description directly on the product page so you can learn more about where your coffee comes from and what makes it unique.
Do You Roast Your Own Beans?
Simple answer: No.
We proudly partner with a professional coffee supplier and distributor based in Temecula, California, that roasts each order fresh when it is placed using high-end commercial roasting equipment.
We chose this partnership so we can provide the highest quality coffee possible to our Coastie Coffee community Nationwide, while ensuring every bag is roasted fresh—not sitting on a shelf.

Returns & Refunds
Coffee - Given that coffee is a perishable product, we do not accept returns on coffee orders.
Gear - Each item is custom made at time of purchase. Due to this we do accept returns on gear.
